Part of Extinction Rebellion's Week of Rebellion, prior to a planned non-violent direct action intended to block vehicles from entering Boston during morning rush hour, to alert people about the possible climate catastrophe, media broke an agreement to not disclose plans, resulting in advance word to the police who then surveilled various sites. At Kneeland and Atlantic Avenues near South Station rail terminal.
